The only time I saw something that I thought was a ghost I was under a great amount of stress and grieving.
I would love to think ghosts are real but I know demons are just adult versions of the bogey man.

Why are the voices always negative. Are there cases where the voices cheer and tell them they are great?

Guess it isn't a condition when it is positive.
