For those who are unaware; "The Cable News Network (CNN) is an American basic cable and satellite television channel that is owned by the Turner Broadcasting System division of Time Warner."

Meanwhile, Time Warner has contributed nearly $90,000 to Hillary's campaign. Source

Bernie mentioned a few times the damaging influence of 'corporate media' during the debate. He's not wrong.

See, that's the problem. Why are they going to CNN!

The news networks want Hillary to win, but the people clearly showed in all sorts of polls and focus groups that Bernie was the winner. CNN is biased. We will see how the people vote a year from now. Hillary already lost to Obama, and no one was expecting that. I think people are sick of the establishment and are less likely to vote for Hillary than Bernie.

Good post.

Here's a better link to Time Warner's activities in 2014

Wow what bullsht, cnn also posted to Facebook a clip of the debate where it was the only time Hillary looked to win on a topic and it's was cause cnn posted her out of context statement and cut off Bernie destroying her after. And she changed positions on like 4 different subjects because that's what people wanted. Be afraid of Bernie, be very afraid lol

As I understand it, TIME WARNER owns CNN and T-W is the 7th. largest corporate contributor to Hillary Clinton's campaign....so, there's that.

This has been going on for ages, but when they did it to Ron Paul any outcry was just those "paulbots" causing trouble. Now that it's happening to their Democratic golden boy it's finally worth talking about?

Funny how blatantly hypocritical politics have become.

I don't think anyone denied that it happened to Ron Paul... the reason all the criticism of Paulbots or Paulites was because of the sheer amount of nutjobs that appeared on any comment section anywhere with crazy conspiracy theories or zealotry. There's a fair amount of those in Bernie's camp now (yay free speech but I wish they would shut up) too and they are criticized just as harshly. With Bernie supporters there's less nut jobs and far more rational people capable of making succinct, accurate points and being done with it.

I love Bernie and am voting for him, but to me... most of us supporters have known from the beginning the media wouldn't be fair to him. Most of us know better than to go crying all over news comment sections about the elite and the illuminati and freemason overlords anointing Hillary even if that's what we believe ( I don't lol). These people going on about CNN deleting comments (don't violate TCs) are getting into Paulite territory and that is pissing me off.

So WHY isn't Sanders out in front of this?
You know if this was Trump, he'd be all over CNN for this!

It was obvious when Clinton 1.0 was president that CNN was the Clinton News Network.

CNN = Clinton News Network. What would you expect?

Reminds me of how Fox News loves Bush, but hates Trump. The arrogance of the media in general is hard to stomach, they don't even attempt to hide their hypocrisy anymore. ~$heopleNation

At least they let Bernie in the building.

As soon as he got off the bus en route to the auditorium he was met by John Bezeris, a representative of the commission, and three police officers. Bezeris told Nader, “It's already been decided that whether or not you have a ticket you are not welcome in the debate.”

Looks like CNN is somehow playing favorites.

Many Bernie supporters are complaining about comments being deleted.

Now what was that about CNN being "impartial" ?

Come to think of it, Hillary did seem to be a little better "prepared" for the questions and she was quick with the responses.

More than usual?

Hmmm. Maybe Hillary was "prepped" ?

Fuming Bernie supporters: Why is CNN deleting our comments?

Hundreds on Facebook complain about network’s pro-Hillary coverage

Seeing their comments repeatedly deleted by CNN, Bernie Sanders supporters are hopping mad today.

Already feeling the news network’s coverage had become rabidly pro-Hillary in the aftermath of last night’s debate, Facebook users leaving reactions on CNN’s page are now continually re-posting them, knowing they will be quickly removed. There are hundreds in a seeming battle with the network, with no explanation as to why.

Some users and messages appear to be specifically targeted, especially those accusing CNN of having conflicts of interest that make it naturally inclined to back Hillary.

Hahaha. i literally would not be surprised whatsoever if she were prepped... i mean the media is run by these pretentious morons who want to control everything, so of course they're going to want the candidate they control getting more positive coverage and painting the others negatively. i bet then whole thing is set up.

well this is just proof of how the media tries to influence your opinion. hilarity... god i hate hilary she is just awful. there's something off about here that i just cant put my finger on.

bernie is clearly the most awesome. even though he always looks completely dishevelled lol the people love him because he's not just another douche in the pocket of big business. he supports the second amendment too which is even better. you just know hilz would love to round up all the guns and proclaim herself the saviour

CNN was/is playing favorites.

I remember right after the debate they went and talked to a "focus group". Several people liked Hillary, and two more thought a Hillary POTUS and Bernie VP would be awesome.

No, how about a Bernie POTUS and ditch Hillary someplace far, far away?

Yeah, CNN and most of the media has marginalized Bernie. Can you blame them? Look who owns all the media companies...and then look at how Bernie viciously attacks the wealthy ... the people that own those networks!

Make sense to me. He's not making any friends in the millionaire/billionaire clubs...and those people can make stories disappear and coverage drop when they want it to.

Tell me about it. CNN has been deleting comments and making it out that their corporate sponsered candidate Clinton won when it was quite clear to the majority of the audience that Sanders ended up winning. This guy sums it up way more succinctly then I do: anexperimentallife.tumblr.com...

But yeah, spread this like wildfire. Sanders needs the attention he earned.

Bernie won the debate with 81% of the vote acccording to the CNN pole that was taken, but CNN quickly removed the poll and replaced it with a picture of Hillary as the winner.

I caught a few minutes of the debate. Now when I tuned in the moderator was basically asking Bernie how he saw himself being qualified as CIC considering he was an objector during Vietnam. I don't know if this is how the whole thing went but if so, it looks like the democrats are doing to Bernie what republicans are doing to trump. Ie not asking questions as much as try to make them look bad while asking the others questions.

Either way I hope both of them stir the pot as long as possible before we have to accept president Bush or Clinton.
