I was under the impression that it was for the Kurds . So the US can pull another moderate rebel group out of it's hat ,and supply them with more arms which will create more targets for the Russians and will cause more people to head to Europe ... The US is going to have to come up with some other reason for why Asaud must go because the old excuse has died ....It's not about the people and never was ....

If USA Federal government decides to drop 100,000 pounds of ammunition to the Syrian rebels, and they don't have agents on the ground, how do they know who is receiving these ammunition's?
How do they know where to drop them?
One thing i find interesting is if this USA is supposedly a democracy why has there never been a vote to wartime activities? If the people cannot speak to say no war, then there will be war. If their words mean nothing they will continue to be complacent and disregard the issue.
Either the Federal government must be dissolved and the military operations must be given to democracy, or the Federal government will continue until the voting citizens can no longer vote because all assets will be controlled by the Federal government.

I agree with everything you said except the last paragraph. The problem is that a lot of Americans want these wars for one reason or another. Defense contractors & energy firms are great investments and they employ a lot of Americans. Plus, our armed forces are strictly voluntary now. So no one's being forced to join them, much less forced to g.o fight in these wars.

Nearly all the cars targeted from the streets of Sydney have been Toyota Hilux utes after 834 were reported missing between 2014 and 2015, according to The Daily Telegraph
But just down the road the answer had been obvious for several years: the State Department had long been providing these Toyotas to its "Free Syrian Army" which, as Syria expert Josh Landis at the University of Oklahoma asserts, somehow manages to deliver between 60 and 80 percent of its US-supplied goodies to ISIS or al-Qaeda. How did ISIS get the Toyotas? From the State Department.
For years, the CIA effort had foundered — so much so that over the summer, some in Congress proposed cutting its budget. Some CIA-supported rebels had been captured; others had defected to extremist groups. The secret CIA program is the only way the U.S. is taking on Assad militarily. In public, the United States has focused its efforts on fighting IS and urging Assad to leave office voluntarily.
"Probably 60 to 80 percent of the arms that America shoveled in have gone to al-Qaida and its affiliates," said Joshua Landis, a Syria expert at the University of Oklahoma.
U.S. Delivers 50 Tons Of Ammunition To Syria Rebel Groups
Separately, a local Kurdish official in the northern Syrian city of Kobani said the U.S. had provided 120 tons of weapons and ammunition to the main Kurdish militia fighting the Islamic State in that area, the People's Protection Units, or YPG. The official, Mustafa Bali, said he did not know whether the supplies had been provided by air or over land.

Just one question, where is the Syrian and Russian air forces while these huge American cargo planes are violating Syrian airspace to drop ammunition to the terrorist?
The U.S. is dropping ammo to the same people that the Russians are trying to kill and the Russians are letting them do it?
something doesn`t seem right.
