Is Stanton Fridman working for the CIA to refute reverse engineering claims?

Stanton Friedman's recent comments about "quarantining" because they think we're "evil" us among other things may have added to the evidence to my speculation about him working for MJ-12 or some other organization trying to control the disclosure of UFO information. Apparently William Cooper also believed that Stanton Friedman worked for the CIA although I don't think he's credible it could fit in with the "Recruit a group of crackpots" hypotheses if he was right on this and released reliable information through an unreliable source.
