Damn, shame that your initial photo has such high jpeg compression, I am trying to dejpeg it, and it seems to show more details now. Will post it when I get best result.

3 variants, not much effect so far, since I have shi*ty tools right now, so I will try tomorrow, erm, today again when I get to another machine.

So far I tried to remove jpeg "squares" from picture, fiddle with contrast/gamma and resize, jpegs are saved with 100%. Original file had 73kb, so...it is rather hard to do anything like in CSI movies, ehh..

If something was living out in the woods, or had naturally evolved there, it would NOT have golden skin.

It would have developed defenses - like color - to have blended in with their surroundings. Almost every creature that is found that is native to their surroundings blends in with their surroundings.

An interesting story, but I can't understand how "she felt something bad was in there" is justification for anything.

People often get a feeling of doom or gloom coming over them when they look into dark spaces. Nothing new there.

It was more then just a feeling. Literally within seconds of her coming back to get me and telling me that, everything went south

I found it increasingly odd that when I looked at the cave above the water that it was extremely dark and as I tried to look closer and allow my eyes to adjust I swore I heard a growl or another vehicle driving on the road above us. I had an idea to take a picture of the location and took my phone out of my pocket to take a picture. The camera was already open as I took a couple pictures prior to this moment. As soon as I did so my ears started ringing horribly in a tone I've never heard before. It was a lower steady ringing.... It's difficult to explain. I had the sudden urge to turn around and go back to my boyfriend a few yards below me.

There are reports that Bigfoot can use Infrasound. It sounds like you were being warned to stay away. If you believe what Sasquatch Ontario says, the BF can also be invisible and hang out with "other" entities. They are and aren't of this world if you catch his drift, which might explain the Golden colored figure... if it didn't in fact look like what a typical BF might?

HI Maax, so glad to have you join in. Wow, you have truly had a big event experience. You followed your intuition and that may have saved your life. Odd you say the sound of a vehicle above you and the audiovibration sent you back down to your man, reminds me of my experience but with the horse I wrote about. No sound but the vibration was there.

One thing is it possible you guys could have noticed any rainbow type effects over the mountain top? I ask because when I had my experience it is almost certain *to me* that there had to have been a craft above the hillside where it happened and there was a faint rainbow out of place on a clear day.

So sleepy, hope to get as much information as possible on your story so I will be back, did not in any way mean to derail from your experience but just felt the similarity. This dimensional rift may or may not be there if you do go back, and your feelings may change next time there or like the post above linking to that spooky story of the guy who disappears leaving only a cell phone, Yikes!

Bottom line, you both must have some strong energy and high vibratory levels.

As olaru12 possibly suggests, you might have just dodged an entry into the next 411 book by David Paulidies. I just did a quick google search of Missing Locations in Montana. You are not going to like where this goes...

There was one in Glacia National Park, and another in Kootanai National Park.

I then went to Google Maps. Now draw a line between the two Parks (they don't appear all that far apart) and take a guess what Falls are smack dead in the middle of that line?

Go buy a lottery ticket!

Thanks for posting this experience, I think it's great that you are both on here chatting about it.

Quite a trippy story. For me, to think it happened on an anniversary could be related, as well re: energy between you two.

I'm curious if either of you have had any sleeping dreams since which speak to the experience?
Also, you mention your history with the paranormal in your life. Any prior events which you feel might be connected?

Define sleeping dreams, I'm not sure what you mean. Prior to this experience she really hadn't experienced anything. As for me feel free to search ATS by my username for stuff I've posted about.

Technically they are close to a hundred miles apart. I talked to a friend who grew up in that area, he was unaware of the falls, he did say all sorts of weird crap happens up there all the time. UFO's and such so who knows

I did speak with a bigfoot researcher that night about the encounter. He said in some ways it lines up with the normal bigfoot encounter but in other ways it does not. My gf is still shaken by the whole thing. Slept the first two nights after this with her light on.

It's bizarre, in some ways, for certain! I have read quite a lot of encounter stories over the decades, and yours is indeed different in several ways. I can't blame her a bit being shaken; I'd be the same way.
