Christian groups also predict the return of Jesus and a whole lot of other crap that never seems to transpire. Think we will be ok, i suppose we will know in around 1 hour and 4 mins. LoL

There will be no end of the world in at least the next thousand years. God will allow time for us to figure things out as usual. If the Earth itself is destined to meet with destruction, we will be capable of overcoming that hurdle by that time. In other words, think about moving on a global scale. I'm not talking about the whole planet, just the people. We will suffer through world war III, then we will find someone to lead the way again.

Time will tell, leave the doom and gloom for the pessimists.

I suggest being a cynic, we have more fun anyway!

You can HEAR chickens lay eggs? I had chickens - never "heard" them when they were laying, though.

Cool! Cluck, scratch, squawk, bawk, flutter - but never heard them 'lay'.

Yet another reason for the religiosity to be banned permanently and sent to the moon. They are so boring with their 'end of the world' scenarios that its a form of abuse of the rest of us.

Can anyone predict the exact day when the people will stop predicting when the world will end?

The day after the world ends, I imagine.

Uh, not on Oct 7th. Mort says otherwise and I believe Mort over any other so called 'Gods'. He says it is on Oct 8th as Chris forgot to move a decimal point when doing his calculations. October 7th, not gunna happen.

they sing an "egg song" if you listen closely. They start clucking quietly before hand then get louder when they have squeezed one out....the other reason I know they have layed is my dog starts howling.....very funny to hear.

Probably because it's something humorous to wash away the fictional BS spouted by the likes of Huffington Post, CNN, MSNBC, etc.

It's a shame that there's really no such thing as truthful, unbiased news reporting anymore - it's either libtard media or convict-servative media.

When I was in my teens it was towards the end of the cold war with Russia. There were many prophecies regarding the end of the world (1984). I was a bit of a messed up teenage and became a bit obsessed with all the doomsday prophecies etc and made myself quite ill, especially after seeing "threads" (don't know whether anyone remembers that programme happily showing viewers what would happen to them if a nuclear bomb were to drop from the skies). I went to bed every night looking up at the sky and the world seemed a very dangerous and frightening place. I spoke of my concerns to my mum, told her all about the prophecies saying the world was going to end. She replied "don't be daft, they've been saying that ever since I was a young girl and it hasn't happened yet" (she was born 1928). She reassured me and thankfully she was right. Since then I try not to let it bother me but I do think some of these who put these prophecies out there should be a bit more aware of how frightening it can be to vulnerable people (maybe people with mental health problems etc).

I looked at your links. Yes, they are reporting it, but also showing how ridiculous it is.

Following 21 May 2011, God turned his attention to deciding which non-churchgoers to save, according to McCann. The eBible Fellowship believes that God said he would devote 1,600 days to this task – bringing us to 7 October 2015.

Uh huh. What else?

“There’s a strong likelihood that this will happen,” McCann said, although he did leave some room for error: “Which means there’s an unlikely possibility that it will not.”

Confused, McCann?

Scientists have several theories about when Earth will be destroyed, although none of the data points to this Wednesday. The most widely accepted theory is that the sun, which is already gradually increasing in temperature, will expand and swallow up the planet. Some scientists believe this could happen as soon as 7.6bn years’ time.

See? No worries.

Whether the planet is destroyed next week or several thousand million years in the future, McCann’s plans for the coming week will remain the same. He and his wife, a fellow believer in Wednesday’s end date, had three birthdays in the family before then, which they planned to celebrate.
A[nother] nutter who just got his 15 minutes of fame.

No, neo. Stop political trolling.
Just a polite request: Go rant about guns and liberals like you love to do - but do it somewhere else, please. You are cluttering up our mile.
