I think its a pic of a professional photographer clicking madly to make sure he gets the handshake. President Obama goes first and Putin is like, "oh, so now vee have to be shaking hands?" And its just hanging out there for a split second but Putin decides, "ok, I weel shake dis Presidents hand for camera - make it look good for American President like we agree"' and then Obama looks very pleased to have "forced his hand."

How's that?

I'm not laughing at the bulldog or small dogs in general. I work for Meals on Wheels. One client's pitbull runs up and wags his tail at the volunteers while a shi tzu and a terrier mix have both put holes in my volunteers legs.

Putin has an image to uphold-look at the barechested pictures of him on a horse or the hunting photos. He's just playing up his image by giving the US Prez an attitude.
