i agree, i always laugh when people fall over, but the people in that video were obnoxious buttholes, like someone above said, do you think that guy will ever enjoy fishing again?

Laughing is a natural reaction.
I once jumped of a moving bus head first into the bus stop, knocked myself out blood everywhere and I came around with a 80 year old laughing her head off.
We laugh when people fall over it is a evolutionary reaction to combat stress.

That's funny because it was self inflicted stupidity. The canal was simple assault. If you can't work out the difference please get help before you get arrested.
