Start with the heads of state, military and corporations. They are the biggest terrorists, murdering and destroying the most lives and property.

Your terrorists wouldn't even register on that scale.

Australian police say Sydney shooting 'linked to terrorism'

Sydney (AFP) - Australian officials said on Saturday that a shooting in Sydney in which a civilian police employee was killed the previous day was terrorist related, identifying the gunman as a 15-year-old boy.

The boy shot a finance department worker at close range as the man left police headquarters in Parramatta in western Sydney on Friday afternoon and was then killed in an exchange of fire with police.

"We believe his actions were politically motivated and therefore linked to terrorism," New South Wales police commissioner Andrew Scipione told reporters.

Hmmm.. doesn't say what he had for a weapon.

Just wondering what the source was as the recent European scum somehow managed to have fully automatic AK style rifles.

I am kind of to the point where I think all countries should just hit every single social media site, search for anyone calling for death in the name of any radical group and eradicate them all. Wipe them off the planet and don't look back.

Tired of the same old same old. Guns are bad, except when the military uses them and blah blah blah.

Just kill everyone that has spoken of radical ideas of killing....all of them. There is no help and nothing that will change them

Worldwide consensus....make it a social media thing. Everyone votes
or

Give it a one week time frame for everyone to gather the evidence they can from the web, then cast their vote.

Who cares.....it will never stop as long as religion is around.

This is very disturbing. I hope they also find who was responsible for influencing him to do this. At 15 I was very impressionable. Not to the degree I would have ever considered murder but someone filled his head with hatred at a time in life he should have been having fun and enjoying his youth.

Draw the line. What ideas of killing are radical? I will kill anyone that threatens my family, and keep killing until I am dead. Do I count? How am I any different than any other radical kill thinker? If my family was killed by some government's acts of wars, I would bring war to that country.

You know a lot of talk goes around about thought police, and this would literally be it.

I understand your point, and don't necessarily disagree with it in principle.

But when you say that do you mean just people from other nations or in the US too?

Agreed, I don't want every one to be an atheist, but lets all stop acting like we know who or what this benevolent being is.

A little more info above .

The teenage gunman was allegedly seen pacing backwards and forwards outside the front of the police headquarters after Mr Cheng was killed, shouting ‘Allah! Allah!’ as he waved his weapon in the air.

Not impossible to legally obtain a pistol, just takes a bit of effort.

Illegal guns have become a problem in western Sydney, particularly among middle eastern crime groups. Plenty of illegal guns around, if you know where to look. It pales in comparison to our good old American allies though.

Before people start posting about how its evidence strict regulations don't work...lol.

Having trouble with the quote now but; Was going to just add that no matter the age apparently, if there's an underlying issue for them to kill, they are going to and should still be held responsible. Too much of the time people's action are blamed on this or that, okay so what made him abide by it extremism. After all it's more than just culture here to have taken a life. RIP

Well gee. What do ya know? It's harder to get guns in a tiny little place cut off from the world by the ocean like australia, that it is in a giant ass continent like north america. Who woulda thunk?

Yesterday I had the honor of shooting a mounted machinegun, and I live in canada, if you listen to the idiots in the cities here, guns don't exist this far north. Idiots that live up here are oblivious, and talk about how the US should adopt gun laws like canada. It's easier to get rifles and shotguns at least up here in NB, that it was back in NY. I don't much care about handguns, I owned a few back in NY, only for novelty really.

One more thing I thought of on the iranian side of things. Coming from NY, I met many iranian people that came to america. You want to talk about damage? They were all in some kind of science position, anywhere from doctors, to working at indian point nuclear facility. The hell would a radical educated iranian need with a gun? They could poison medicine, or even cause nuclear havok. Luckily for me, they were all kind and decent people I guess. My last US doctor and dentist were iranian, and both made deals with me trade for trade.

Difference here Sub is it is only one dead , not double digits . Wasn't Monis our last terror related murder almost 12 months ago . I have not found what sort of gun was used but if it was a rifle of some sort they are still available to the public with the right checks .

Keep seeing the anti gun crowd rave about Australia being the great example of how gun control does work. Except for there's always going to be a fail in that when someone intends to kill.

And there shootings compared to ours?

People that are for gun control are not saying that it will end crime or killings, that is just a red herring people like to create against it.
