No better way to get into someone's house aside from a voluntary invitation. They can't force participation. But they can force compliance with UN rules and regulations while operating a network city. You know, the whole "slippery slope" thing. Who's going to enforce those rules and regulations? A soon to be UN task force that will have Loretta Lynch's seal of approval.

Wait, I thought this was the true manifestation of a global police state. Are they going to control cities with money, or the UN jack-booted thugs that will physically enforce the global police state?

If it's money, what part of the initiative discuss' how cities are compensated for compliance? Do you have some info on that, or are you just making it up because it's the next conspiratorial step to take after it became quite obvious that the UN physically making cities comply was absolutely absurd?

That is the first thing that came into my mind when I read this, but why the UN have to get involved? under the US constitution they have no jurisdiction in US soil.

So what ever they are planning it can be challenged as unconstitutional unless the US is inviting them in and they most work as only observers, foreign forces inside the US working independently is illegal and no American citizen has to follow any rules they establish, we are after all the most armed nation in the world, and we will never give away that right.

People needs to know their rights.

Still I believe that the hoard of immigrants without proper background checks could become a danger to our nation, we have been warned by those that will use the exodus from the middle east to their advantage in order to pursue their own agendas.

They are happy to do as much damage as possible and wait for a later court decision.

This initiative to fuse UN powers into American law enforcement, opens the door to special UN task forces to operate on US soil. UN task forces will be composed of a mixed bag of foreigners who hold no stock or compassion for American liberties or lives.

This is a major puzzle piece to having a nationwide martial law actually work when the hatchet drops. If you unleashed American forces on American people empathy quickly sets in, due to cross contamination. Bob from Alabama in the National Guard deployed in New York may not have a problem shooting some Yankees. But eventually Bob's mom get shot by Jim from New Hampshire in the National Guard who's deployed in Alabama.

Bob realizes the same authority he's enforcing is the same authority that resulted in his mother's legal death. Bob points out the hypocrisy and starts a coup in his division. The National Guard slowly turns on its masters.

This scenerio doesn't occur with foreign force boots on US soil. This potentially can get the greatest constitutional rights grab in contemporary American history.

At first glance it seemed pretty benign and basically worthless, so there must be more too it than the flowery sugar coating they are putting on it,otherwise it won`t accomplish anything and certainly won`t do anything to prevent violent extremism.
They make it sound like it`s just going to be a bunch of community groups sitting around and talking about ways to prevent violent extremism, if that`s all this is then it`s completely worthless and a waste of time,but after a closer look a couple of things stand out as the only way it will be able to combat violent extremism.

The SCN will strengthen... practices to address violent extremism in all its forms...we need determined action.. across borders

According to the US DOJ, The Strong Cities Network combats "violent extremism" and nothing else.

Anything UN is doomed to dismal failure or it has hidden designs to make money for the IMF or wrest control from the governments of the world . This oh so goes against the Constitution as well. But of course, isnt that what our President is all about ?

1. US politicians have been bypassing congress and circumventing the constitution since their entry into WWII.

2. The UN will not and does not recognize the US constitution - so you can guarantee that their world police force won't either.

3. We will see a morphing of police and military to establish a single global law enforcement.

4. Then comes the down fall of the constitution and the establishment of a single global government body.

5. Then comes the deconstruction of all religions and the establishment of a new religion based upon human interface with the cosmic divine.

6. The UN and US government are the global promoters of all forms of violent extremism that they seek to now "combat". That is classic PROBLEM - REACTION - SOLUTION.

Read the UN charter and core policies for verification that the global elite bloodlines have planned this since before anyone reading this post was even born. The complete reconfiguration of the US economy and it's laws is the only thing left and the contents of the OP is a testament to their goals and their intention to do just that.

This program is meant to draw attention to extremism and to also rebuild communications and interactions in Muslim communities.

The plan is so nefarious that their ultimate goal is to hold conferences and workshops where they discuss their own communities and what they can learn from other's experiences.

Just because you don't see the creep towards the Authoritarian states doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Frankly, the more inter-agency cooperation we see the fewer rights we will see in the long run.
