Parle' for position in world view?

It seems as if a bidding war has started for the most popular in the world. when first started the tsunami efforts came in with the US aid at 3.5 million now its 350 million. The Japanese raised from a couple of million to almost 2 times that of the "richest country in the world" the USA. Is their effort change to parle' into a position of popularity which with Annun of the UN in trouble carry hopes of a leader of the winning bid coming into control of the UN presidency and even better yet will the leader be that fabeled charature who is the grass roots of discusion board wide. Wether he be called the NWO leader or the Antichrist or the world one leader. what is to happen when a country gets that popular. what will the winning bid bring in goverment leadership consperacies.
