No doubt the evidence was doctored. No doubt WMDs can still be planted. No doubt Bush believes spin can get him off freely. But he's too stupid and it won't happen.

I think really the best evidence of WMDs that Bush could have come up with is that Iraq had a program to buy (not manufacture) weapons of mass destruction.
