I 'tried on' that last one yesterday and thought it looked too creepy and dark for me but it might suit someone else better.

That second one reminds me of an account I read from the 19th Century. This woman was woken up by the sound of rustling to see another woman 'smiling' at her. As her eyes grew used to the gloom, she realised the apparition was not smiling...it was a cut across her throat.

I've got some more avatars people can use. Obviously I'm barred from competing here and just want people to enjoy Halloween. A couple of these are more female-orientated. The last one works really well with the ATS profile set-up. Spaces in all the right places



If anyone uses these, it helps to make them 'pop' more by changing the mini-profile font colours.

I love your druidy tree-deer! It's reminiscent of stories of reincarnation (or shapeshifting, however you see it) and haunted woods. Did you draw it yourself? It's excellent.

Cool is a perfect word to describe them. I fear they expose me as someone who spent too much time listening to Goth in the 80's and too much time having 'fun' in the 90's! That's the danger of art - it's a giveway. Or the beauty of art, really. Anyway since we're amongst friends, it's all ok!

I did! I'm trying to practice more since I've always adored art and drawing but the graphic tablet has a bit of a steep learning curve when it comes to me :C I'm trying though and your nice words mean a lot!

I will offer personal bonus points ( unrelated to the contest in any way) for a Halloween Archer avatar
