Russia will not take part in any field operations on the territory of Syria or in other states; at least, we do not plan it for now," he said in a transcript of the interview with U.S. television networks CBS and PBS released by the Kremlin

Hell no! Let Putin and his Chinese buddies foot the bill in blood and money. The west needs a rest...even though the west got the ball rolling in the first place....
The West will never rest. They are slaves and will still send aircraft. I can see a false flag bombing Russo-chinese troops with American/EU drones/jets. Just like Americans doing friendly fire to the Brits during Iraqi war.

Do people really think CHINA is going to put boots on the ground ?
If Russia, and China had been paying attention to the last 15 years watching the west get bogged down with never ending BS.
They should have.
Putin must have some master plan knowing full well of what terrorist attacks look like in his country.
They would exponentially grow, and move right in on to China.
Any terrorist attack on China is almost impossible, especially if they we ordered to do ethnic cleansing. Why? The Terrorists of ISIS are either of black to white race. There are currently no Asian terrorists. Only Asian terrorists would be other Asian countries sabotaging each other.

Yes of course, because only the Americans would do something like fire a Javelin at their own sentries walking on a rooftop. Or fire 8 Javelins at enemy forces that turn out to be Dutch.
Only the Americans cause friendly fire incidents!
Thousands from countries such as Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand the Philippines and Malaysia have joined ISIS on the battlefield in the Middle East. And the terror group has 'tens of thousands' of supporters and sympathisers in those countries.
"URGENT," read the Iraqi News headline of its September 3 posting. "First Chinese ISIS fighter captured in Iraq says Ministry of Defense."
The Iraqi Army has captured an Islamic State in Iraq and Syria fighter from China, the Baghdad-datelined report said. Two pictures accompanied the report: one showed the captured militant in fatigue pants and a bloodied shirt, lying on the ground; another showed him escorted by an Iraqi soldier, his face seemingly swollen.
Russia would conduct air strikes only if they were approved by the United Nations, he said, while also ruling out Russian troops taking part in a ground operation in Syria.

China is keeping 8,000 troops designated to respond to global emergencies, when needed. I think this holocaust in Syria can be designated as a global emergency, don't you?
Yes I have seen some stuff saying that they are on the way or have plans to join in against the terrorists, however theres not alot of information on that.

In addition to the Chinese non-sense Putin has also made it clear that air strikes won't be carried out without UN approval.
