I agree with this article being a psy op but you need to take it down, because as many ats users that will agree with your premise, even if one ats user gets the idea that it is ok to be like this guy than you have done more harm than good. I am not going to report this cause im not a snitch, just please realize that your post does more harm than good

How does my post do more harm than good?

and

Why would it be deemed inappropriate for a Moderator to take it down?

Anyone who hurts a child whether it for having sex with them or physically harming them, will get no sympathy from me. As a matter of fact, I will offer my services for cheap to make sure they never harm another child?

What kind of sick son of a b, would give an order like that? It had to originate from top brass, and Obama would know about that. Looks like an order only being given to totally demoralize our military and remove all morality from people, by ordering them to go along with the most sickest of all things. This is a stunt that has been pulled before when destroying a country to change it into something else.
Something like this is going to have the most ugly of consequences for anyone that would follow those kinds of orders when their own judgment comes.

"I was just following orders" doesn't work.. (When has that ever worked before?) When was it tried? Auschwitz?

If good soldiers followed what is moral and right, they would form a secret posse and when they found a molester, Strip'em and show them the big old nut cutters like they use on big bulls that are too mean, and tell him yep, today you are Mohammed, but tomorrow, your new name will be "jabirah"! , Then snip that sick bast-id! If he still might be prone to violence against the defenseless children, then take further measures.
That is how moral society would handle that, remember when we had those in the world? It must have been a fad.

Obama is the top brass, so this order must be approved by him. If he allows that order to stand is just as guilty. So now, those who still support that toilet are helpers of child molesters... How nice..

I basically agree with you with a few exceptions.

Blaming the troops. We just had 2 of them who stood up and did the right thing and the DOD axed them!

Now to put it in perspective, let's look at "Black Lives Matter". Look at the hell they raised even though they chose the wrong guy for their cause. Look at the attention they got though!!!!!

Now compare that to those who support police who turn on their brothers in blue for doing wrong and the 2 military persons we are discussing. Crickets......

I can understand why so many good cops don't want to say anything, just as I can understand many in the military who obey their orders to turn a blind eye.

Where's the outrage from those of us who support them for doing the right thing?

Like I said, I don't disagree with you, but maybe we are going about things all wrong.

You know what would happen if we started to rabble rouse ... domestic terrorism here we come!

Heck the TEAParty were mostly a bunch of older folks waving flags and you would have thought we were threatening to blow up the White House.

Yep, that is a problem and that's why so many don't do anything.
I just personally think about the one who put them self in harms way for me 2 millennia ago, so that is why I don't care about personal consequences. But I wouldn't do something unless it was in immediate defense of someone in danger.

There is no valid or legal reason why you or I can't defend someone being assaulted. So, the "order" being given to ignore something like this, should be considered an unlawful order, even for military. And being told to ignore an assault is a crime in itself. If you or I ignored a crime like that here in the USA, when we could have stopped it by intervening or getting help, it would be a gross misdemeanor, or maybe a Felony, class C, B, or even A if the victim was dying or suffering great bodily harm. 20 years in a large scary prison could happen.

It's very easy to say "I could never be pressured into doing such a thing no matter what the circumstances" but it's way different reality I imagine actually living under such a regime.

Take Nazism for example, people claim that they simply would not face orders and would rather rot in jail or be killed. Well what if the lives of your friends and family would be threatened, would you kill a complete stranger to spare their lives?

Deep down, most people would go through extraordinary lengths to spare the lives of their loved ones, even if it meant using the ends to justify the means - something most people swear against.

No doubt it is extremely difficult to imagine being in a situation so far removed from what is a (for most members) free, democratic society in which you currently live.

Can we throw in Male Circumcision in there or we going to over look that?

I suggest we not only overlook it, but further recognize it for the lifesaver it is. Frankly millions could have been saved from a lot of misery and death had it been more available in the developing world.

A simple search on Google will quickly substantiate this argument beyond any doubt:

HIV and circumcision

Read and learn. While you may oppose it, there are good reasons to have it done. In fact, the absence of circumcision is the greatest reason that this disease is predominantly heterosexual in the Third World countries.

Or why there are some in the U.S. without the typical risk factors that also suffer. Ask me, I know....

So I wouldn't include a potentially lifesaving procedure in this list of cultural evils.

People like the author of the article should have no voice and you posting the article just gave him a louder voice that will reach more people. think ahead!!!

Only according to apologists and pedos.

To accept such behavior and look the other way is disgusting. The people we are putting into positions of power are no better than the Taliban.

Well dont you know? Pedophelia is something youre born with.......you cant help who you are attracted to........

Why are you so divisive? Who are you to tell another person who they should be attracted to?

(cough)

People should be free to read anything and make a decision themselves. They don't need people like you acting as the moral authority for what they should or should not be reading.

The post and the article should remain. People need to know where this country is headed. If there is still time to get it back on the tracks, and I'm not sure there is, putting our heads in the sand and ignoring the latest threat to "normal" and accepted societal standards will not help.
I would rather not find myself in a world one day where pedophilia is accepted and wonder how this came about?
If the seeds of pedo acceptance are being sown now, we need to know where it is coming from and who are trying to desensitize us.

its easy to be a moral authority when it comes to pedos, yet i wasnt being the moral authority. and it wasn't like i reported it, i only suggested that the original poster of the article should take it down, seems like you really want this article to stay up, even to go as far as to accuse me of being something i am not. As much as the poster has a right to post the article I have a right to suggest he rethinks his actions.

i agree with you, but since the average IQ and general knowledge of right and wrong in this society is waning. i believe this article will do more harm than good as it reaches a greater portion of the population.
