I'm one of those crazy conspiracy theorists who believes our current world population figures are skewed, or possibly fabricated altogether. However, if there is an aggressive agenda to de-populate the world, I have to question how well that's working out for them. At the moment, even with all of the things your OP mentions, it would seem to be very gradual at best. Unless they're planning on a natural or man-made cataclysm in the near future to finish the job for them.

I do know several countries reported stagnant, or negative population growth a few years ago, so there is that, but it doesn't seem to be connected to anything but less people having children at this point.

Look at the Pharmaceutical Industry , the Poison Peddlers of Planet Earth . Perscription Medicines that are Known to be Addictive , and have Adverse Side Effects on Human Behavior . Vaccinations which can Kill or Prevent Infectious Diseases are Pushed on a Gullible Public , GMO Food Products that we Injest , that No Long Term Studies have been Performed before they are Proven to be Safe for Human Consumption . Fluoridated Water that has now been Found to have Long Term Effects on Human Health . Chem Trails Released by Secret Government Programs . If some Global Corporate Elite Really wanted to somehow Reduce the Worlds Population without becoming Suspect , it would be Fairly Easy for them to do so considering the Many ways that could be Accomplished .
