This is a sequence of real events and dreams, which were with same old woman which lives near my home, opposite side of the street some 15 numbers far.
First I remember is a weird (very weird) dream with that lady in my kitchen and black cat attacks me. I woke up and really frightened thought there is some spellcraft, whichcraft here.

When my father's sister were ill, we moved her to our house since she was paralised after heaving a stroke.
She just started to move a little bit, well stroke she had was a hard one, she survived by a miracle.

I remember it like it was today this same old woman coming and giving me some plant in a plastic or paper bag. As soon as I planted it, my aunt died.
How could this be? Is it "just a concidence", what is less probable or is it something else.
I am not sure if it was for the bad or for the good, knowing how hard is living paralised at that age, not to mention wounds which open being in the bed all the time. But I am sure it was connected with that plant.

Later I had a dream how my brother took a hammer and nail and hammered the nail on the ground in the spot where I planted that strange flower.

Help, I am not sure if it was somehow connected with me. Also this old woman never in any occasion were guest in our house, that was the only day I had any contact with her. So was very unlikely to this be normal thing plant event.

Immediately throw away anything that woman ever gave your family and bury it far away from your house.

Why take chances.

You wont believe me but, you had a bad dream and the old lady gave you a plant in an act of kindness, your aunt happenend to pass away around the time you planted it.

Yes, all the odds are against the old lady, but me personally had feeling it was an act of kindness. I am ready to believe, but for the lady never gave us anything. I was thinking to remove the plant, but it had seeds and there are few more plants there through the years. Now I am not sure if it would be dangerous to kill the plant.
Anyhow strange coincidence. What about my dreams, there is my subconscience against the plant?

It sounds like you were cautious of the plant from the begining, you're just acting it out in your dreams. Nothing to worry about, take care and happy new year.

Well, To be most accurate and honest I wasn't thinking about plant effect some time after my aunt passed away. You know how death of close person affects someones reason, we were to arrange a funeral, and to be more correct: Aunt did pass away unexpectedly, as she was serious ill, but was feeling better those days, I was her last person she saw before died, I gave her a glass of water or something that kind. It was four years ago.
This connection I about discovered later when everything wass over.
And to add one detail in order to escape confusing it I wasn't person who found aunt dead, I was busy with the plant. I was last to see her alive.
Well that was to be expected and no supernatural in that.

I'm new to most paranormal stuff, aside from a little bit of reading when I was younger, but my first thought is that we live in a world defined by unbreakable rules of reality. Anything that occurs must mesh with those rules, and can only be "paranormal" if it evidences our poor understanding of those rules.
I have had my own experience, as explained in my thread, and although these things can be quite convincing I believe that the laws governing psychology explain such coincidences much better than those governining biology.
That is to say, the association of unrelated events as a result of human beings having a need to attribute key events, especially tragedies, to a cause (for the purpose of learning and prevention) is far more likely an explanation than a direct cause and effect relationship between planting something in the garden and losing a family memeber.

In my own case I have slowly been coming to the belief that I'm dealing with a misunderstanding of perfectly natural processes in my own mind, and in yours I suspect it is the prefectly natural process of attributing cause, as I described above.

Maybe you weren't suppose to see your aunt die or the plant was a magical herb or has some unknown effect. Did you ever try to identify the plant?

Hmm it sounds like it may have been a precognative dream you had about the old woman and the cats. I tend to find that animals in my dreams often fortell illness or health or happiness based on their demeanor...same with people and settings.

Now as for the plant and your aunt's death? It could be that the dream was telling you that the woman's visit to you would be a sign of death for your aunt and the disruptive feelings that can surround such losses... (symbolizing a sequence of upcoming events for you). However, i doubt the plant itself caused anything at all, nor did the old woman (just my opinion).

Now as far as the dream of your brother planting a nail where the plant had been? Perhaps this means that your family will decide to get rid of the plant.

I really don't think theres any curse or anything like that if thats what your concerned about. The subconscious mind can sometimes have a strange way of telling you what big events will happen in your life, sort of like giving landmarks, but not being literal.

Confront your fears. Deny ignorance.

1. "Bump into" the woman casually, and make friends with her. Stop by her house now and then and get to know her. Do something nice for her, (like bring her a cutting from the plant). Chances are she's just an elderly person with little to do, and nothing but time on her hands. You may even like her and learn a lot from her.

2. Ask around about her and her history. Nobody lives in a vacuum. You will find some info about her good or bad.

My point is you will never know, and always wonder, until you do something like this.

On the outside chance there is something sinister, you will know it very shortly and can then take steps to protect yourself and your family.

Giveth and Taketh. She gave you the plant for good reasons, she knew that your aunt was going to die. The plant was to show that you need to give life in order to cope with death. You take care of a plant and in return you have helped a living entity survive.

Also go back to the area where you planted the plant and did the area and see if you find the nail that you dreamed about it, if you do take it and throw it in the lady's house.

If you don't find anything just take the dirt where the plant was planted and put some burning fluid and light it up until it burns.

Yes, something was done to you and your family and you will find out what it was if you tried hard enough.

Find the link between this lady and your family. And ask your brother if he has any weird dreams with the lady too.

It is easy to say that, well I guess that old woman was friends with my grandmother, and I heard she had very painful family tragedy and from when she is not so sane.
Talking to her directly is not a good idea for me, as a matter of fact she scares me, and I am not easily scared by a lot of that. I am also very reasonable person, and don't believe in paranormal, but tend to believe there is such thing as telepathy and power of the mind, but hearing the others people expirienced it isn't all that easy to explain.
I believe that plant has some "powers".
That old lady being weird and suffered a loss in her life gives her credit to have powers.
I am very serious, and strange is that all these paranormal things are not common, but tend to work in all the important aspects and moments in life, like being born and die, marriage, etc, finding a job, carreer, ask and everyone has some story which is not explained by the modern science.

It is possible that the woman saw how your aunt was suffering and eased her into the next life.

Later I had a dream how my brother took a hammer and nail and hammered the nail on the ground in the spot where I planted that strange flower.

Have you seen the movie 'Warlock' ?
A similar thing is done there, where a nail is hammered into the footprints of the witch to cause him pain.

I dont necessarily think that this old woman/plant had anything to do with your misfortunes, but I recognize that YOU will feel more at ease if you use some preventative measures.

If you want to, destroy the plant. But I do not suggest burning, because that would leave little pieces of it (and any magic/psychological impact it had for you) in the soil around it. I suggest just digging it up (being sure to get all the roots and etc) and taking it out to a lake/body of water. Throw it in and the magic will (theoretically) be undone.

Strangely enough, nails have been a big (relatively) thing in magical practices past. Wether it was to curse someone by the placing of nails in a poppet, or to protect yourself by making an X out of nails in your front-door-way. Nails (especially iron) are also said to be able to affect someone who did "evil" magic on you if you drive them into something representative of it. For instance, driving the nail through the main stalk of the plant would repel and return any magic in it to the sender.. Although, it might also incite the spellcaster (if indeed there is one)

Like I said, I am not saying that this old woman is actually casting spells on you, but I have an inkling that dealing with it as though she is will make you feel better.

Good luck, u2u me if you have any questions

I think folk have such dull boring lives that they want to find/see the supernatural in everyday events where is there is none at all. Go ask the old lady if she "witched up" the plant! LMFAO

My apology for my cinicism but really.....get real folk. Deny ignorance remember!~ Maybe if you burn the old lady at the stake, her majic will die? Or you could just go burn down the old mill so it never happens again!!

Confront your fear.

Confront your fear or.........
Your fear will forever confront you, control you, own you.

Confront your fear or live in fear.

The act of confronting your fear, or rather that first step is considered a "leap of faith. It has an almost omnipotent force of it's own. Few can stand in defiance of it. You will be well protected.

Once confronted most people find that their fear was based on assumptions or inaccurate information, and on retrospect laughable. Their fears overcome, they move on in life to the next test/challenge.

tend to believe there is such thing as telepathy and power of the mind

As do most humans, including myself. This information does not mean the lady is a tramp.

That old lady being weird and suffered a loss in her life gives her credit to have powers.

She may well have powers. We all do in some form or another. Is it sinister? How will you know without addressing the issue?

Confront your fear.

Hey we all here from different parts of the world with difference beliefs, I believe in some rituals for the peace of mind, and been born in the Caribbean with all the lore and the myth of ancients believes I have to said I have seen the power of suggestion playing on the minds of the believers to the point resulting in death or injuries.

Sometimes rituals bring peace to the trouble mind and helps to deal with what some can't never understand.
