New Chinese Destroyer 115

Here's the new destroyer being constructed and numbered 115. It looks much more stealthier than 52C as you can see in the link below.

I don't recall there was a 114 destroyer though. It is still incomplete and the government revealed the photos yesterday I believe.

Yes it is quite high out of the water and the hull on which '115' is written is quite large. Not very stealthy becasue that'll give a massive radar cross-section.
Also I don't see any missle turrets or anticraft mountings...Even the orifices for such present in stealth ships are not visible.Either they've done a really good job on the weapon concealment bit or it may be a recon ship.
Are you sure its a stealth ship?
