So, I once saw this man. Not just any man.


It was a beautiful man with long hair.


When this man's jacket came off.


The man had orbs on his chest sticking out.


Another man next to me yelled "Wu Man!".

I think this is probably a cross-language pun (which is the worst kind).
In the OP's native language, "Wu!" must be an exclamation of some kind.
Hence "Wu Man! Woman!"
