British Isis member complains of 'rude Arabs' who steal his shoes & eat like children

A British Isis member living in Syria has complained about the "bad manners" of Arab fellow militants he says steal his shoes, eat like children and don’t queue.

In an online blog Omar Hussain, a former security guard at Morrison’s supermarket who previously lived in High Wycombe, also said other jihadists invade his space, talk loudly when he is trying to sleep and behave like children.

“The Arabs and the non-Arabs are united in one line,” he says, writing under the Islamist name Abu Saeed al Britani.

“However, with the unification of tribes and cultures, there will be clashes”.

He warns Western radicals thinking of fleeing to Syria: “Arabs as a whole have a unique culture, which differs dramatically from the western lifestyle”

What an interesting peek of what life is like in Syria as an ISIS member but is anyone surprised by these revelations? I'm not. Omar Hussain groups these men as representations of Arabs, namely Syrian Arabs, but I wonder what kind of Arabs he would encounter if he wasn't a damned dirty terrorist? Would his opinion vary of all Arabs? Of course it would.

Either way, I love that he warns any westerner thinking about joining the good fight in Syria about what to expect.

Sounds like fun, I'm surprised more westerners aren't already on their way!

Anyone dumb enough to join ISIS deserves much more than their shoes being stolen and being kept up at night by loud conversations, but I'll take what I can get!

Muppets like this require dispatching......quickly. It's hard enough watching the news every night and seeing our governments lack of response to ISIS atrocities, but to hear this pish? Because the post is offensive. You can also say it's politically incorrect if you want to play political games but political games are not for me. If he truly believes every Arab in the Middle East behaves that way then he embraces ignorance. I would advise him to study up on Middle Eastern cultures but I'm sure he's already got an idea and chooses to paint Arabs as he sees fit.

You made me roar with laughter. In fact, not you exactly but the idiot who is whinging whilst on his pathway to X number of virgins - I don't think.

What he's explaining is something so basic, its nothing but the Arabic class system. The English know all about that, its the way badly brought up lower classes act, because the educated and well brought up don't behave in such a 'common' manner. Its a hoot actually.

I just hope Hussain/Britani is never ever allowed back into the country of the 'not quite so common'. How dare he even use a derivative of my country's name - he is typical of a very low standard of immigrant that has been pouring into Britain- the untrustworthy turncoat. He might have adopted parts of our culture, but its only the parts that he thinks makes him superior and sophisticated, neither of which he has achieved.

First of all the majority of animals do not eat with their hands, they only use their mouths.

Second: so what? People all around the world eat with their hands, all indigenous people in the Americas, people in Africa, India, etc etc. It's just their culture. So, you don't eat chicken wings? Or tacos? Hot dogs? Burgers? Or do you use knife and fork to eat your burgers?

I was going to mention something about the blanket statement made about Islamic Middle East...

But then I remembered the numerous times I visited such places with my girlfriend/wife... She got pushed, pulled, jeered, stared at... There's no getting away from the fact that the culture these people grow up in reinforces values we in the west find abhorrent.

The poster's address is a bit harsh and there's nothing wrong with eating with your hands but.... They are a culture very different to ours, in many ways. They could be seen as 'backwards' because of the way they treat women (mature and unborn) for one reason. I don't think they're dirty though.

Oh I absolutely disagree with how women are treated in many cultures, including in Middle Eastern lands. I feel very lucky indeed to be Italian and to live in the UK where women are equal and free to do as they please, just like men.

I do find Isis barbaric for many reasons including the raping of women and young girl, the keeping them as sex slaves, the throwing gay men from buildings, etc.. but table manners are not something we should judge as every culture has different standards and they should all be respected.

really... have you never been warned to not shake hands with them using your left hand?

number one you could get your hand lopped off. it is an deadly insult in their culture in many places. the reason is they used to perform personal hygiene after defecation with their left hand and nothing else but their hand or a rock and in poor quarters that is often still the case from what i was briefed on.

I expect there will likely be an unwritten cast system where native arabs rank higher than the immigrant ones. As with all immigrants you start at the bottom of society and must work your way up.

i dunno. i am just relaying the information from the cultural briefing deploying soldiers to the theater got circa DS1.
