btw I can fly a plane too.... I may not have my wings but I've flown... and no not a simulator...... do you think that a pilot learning in a crop duster could then jump into a jumbo and fly it?? I certainly couldn't!!!

Considering that Hani held a commercial pilot license, is proof enough because a skill level must be demonstrated that is far above that required to obtain a private pilot license.

It took all my concentration to remember to switch tanks....

In a real airplane that you are speaking of, it doesn't take any concentration at all to switch tanks. That will be evident when one of the wings becomes a bit heavier than the other. In addition, the fuel gauges will also remind you when to switch tanks.

The Philippines Warned the United States

A report from the Philippines to the United States on January 20, 1995 stated, "What the subject has in his mind is that he will board any American commercial aircraft pretending to be an ordinary passenger. Then he will hijack said aircraft, control its cockpit and dive it at the CIA headquarters."Another plot that was considered would have involved the hijacking of more airplanes.The World Trade Center (New York City, New York), The Pentagon (Arlington, Virginia), the United States Capitol (Washington, D.C.), the White House(Washington, D.C.), the Sears Tower (Chicago, Illinois), and the U.S Bank Tower (Los Angeles, California), would have been the likely targets.

The request never [comes]." [CBS, 10/9/02] This appears to be one of several accurate Egyptian warnings based on informants (see June 13, 2001 and August 30, 2001). Could Egypt have known the names of some or all of the hijackers? Without viewing the video, sorry, I got the jist of it in OP...

I just imagine how wrapped up in sim city I was way back when.
