Good analogy...

We know that those who control the MSM are using it to mold peoples beliefs.

Why wouldn't they be using YouTube videos as well?

Zeitgeist is a another example...

Snopes and Wikipedia are another good example.

Soros funds them...

Someone faked a video using footage from the movie Wargames and the level of investigation is "LOOK SEE TOLD YA!"

Settle down guy... we already concluded it was CGI in the thread. No need for you to come in here on your self-righteous pedestal and say what's already been said. Your heinous image resembles your inability to respond in a civilized manner.

As I admitted, I was not adamantly saying all, or even a majority of the videos and images, are real. But, if only one of them is real, that is all that is needed. Unfortunately with photoshop and video editing software, all contemporary images and videos will remain inconclusive. But, we do have a plethora of historical accounts of dinosaur descriptions and depictions:

Dinosaurs in art and carvings
Dinosaur and human coexistance

Notable historians such as Pliny the Elder, Marco Polo, Herodotus, etc, have all described creatures that strongly insinuate they are observing dinosaurs.

No, just watch it, it is obviously bad cgi.

You're entitled to your opinion however no, it isn't "obviously bad CGI" my friend, if anything - if this is CGI - it's bloody good by most standards and I've a degree in video editing and CGI mapping.

I'm not saying it's real, it most likely isn't (although could be) but to instantly dismiss it out of hand with the evidence that "it just is" - is slightly absurd. 😔

The only thing that seemed remotely unnatural to me was when its head dipped, like a ballon floating out of control. I can't seem to post pics from my phone!

Ohhhhh god... you do NOT have any of those things.

Or if you do, remind me to Never hire you for cgi artwork..

The cgi in this footage is in no way hard. what on earth would be hard about it? explain how it is hard?

Yep, so very true. If a triangular shaped UFO paused for 10 minutes over my house and I filmed it, (using real film because we know they cloak from digital recorders), and then transfered it to digital, (I actually know how to do that notwithstanding my advanced age and simple mindedness), and if all my neighbors, (3) saw it with me and certified it was a true and correct recording of the event......and if I posted it here on ATS;

It would be doomed to the ash bin of CGI fakery; my neighbors would be picked up by the mental health authorities and I'd be abducted by the Men In Black, sent to Gitmo and would be tortured for weeks by Ilsa the She Wolf of the SS! (look it up...cool S&M flick from the 70's).

Exactly, far too many believe what they see on TV and are incapable of discerning what's real and whats not.

> watches youtube video and proclaims it real.
> bags people who watch tv as they cant tell reality from fantasy.

I've never seen a dinosaur. Of any variety.
I've never seen an RC machine that can flap and maintain any flight.
I have, however, seen very well done cgi that makes this look like a school project.

I use common sense before delusions that fill me with ideas of modern dinosaurs being more viable as a possibility, than disingenuous low brow human beings, pulling the wool over my eyes with the means available to anyone with access to the internet.

1: Never ever make the mistake to believe that behind your anonymity you can talk to me with such disrespect and a holier than thou attitude as you have with so many in this thread so far. May fly with some, doesn't with me.

2: Never assume to know me, or what I have done with my life in terms of degrees and attributes.

3: When you can find the bit where I've said that this CGI was in any way, shape or form "hard" we can continue this discussion my friend.

If the video shows a real pterosaur, then considering they are millions of years old.....why aren't there hundereds of thousands of the buggers flying around?

To have survived for millions of years they must be breeding right?....unless the one in the video is the last one and he's millions of years old then common sense would say the video is either not what it is portrayed to be or it's a hoax.

Or that the video was taken several hours after CERN turned on the LHC again yesterday 😝

Whether this is fake or not (already proven so) the only thing that "is all" is your closed minded attempt at knocking something without a semblance of any kind of backing.

By looking at it.
I'm not a gullible fool who falls for BS.
Also not an idiot.

You may be right, but no one has ever seen how real pterodactyls fly, not even you.
Or have you, since you're claiming it's CGI?

Un-natural wing flap ...

Well, we had tails when we emerged from waters, so un-natural tails ---> butts.

and the head tuck with the body remaining stable in flight

You have just described how birds look like when they fly.
You would be amazed what stunts can birds do when flying.

The Smithsonian agrees with that statement...

Most of the people in Paupa New Guinea would not however.

I'm going with the ones who haven't lied to us before.

I can see now, this is futile. the level of argument you're willing to use, staggers my belief.

This evident paradox puzzled me too. It is not as if these people don't realize the absurdity of their arguments; but it seems as if they just don't care.

I finally concluded that they are seeking to recruit people more stupid than themselves to their line of thinking. They don't care how educated, thinking people regard them; they hate and despise us anyway. So they concentrate on building their constituency and look forward to the day they can overwhelm us with numbers.

It is exactly the same strategy employed by Hitler and Goebbels to overcome the intellectual opposition of educated, decent Germans to the Nazi state they were building.

The Christian right has adopted it wholesale. Apparently they think they can make it work better than the Nazi did. How do you rate their chances?

if it is CGI it is quite good.

The only bird that I know of that has a wingspan like that is a wandering albatross, and it must have wandered quite far to be filmed in Idaho.

I think people can be very arrogant when it comes to what is normal for our world especially when considering how much of our planet is mainly unexplored.there have been many recent eyewitnesses to seeing pterodactyls/pterosaur,Iv'e haven't seen one but I don't discount the possibility of them existing

top ten least explored place in the world

10. Greenland Ice Sheet
9. Colombia’s North Mountains
8. The Amazon Rainforest
7. Papua New Guinea
6. Namibia
5. Tristan da Cunha
4. Northeast Siberia (and the Kamchatka Peninsula)
3. Gangkhar Puensum, Bhutan
2. Antarctica
1. Mariana Trench

top ten unexplored
with this list in mind I don't think we should discount the possibility of any undiscovered creature out there
here's eyewitness accounts from the U.S
sightings of pterodactyls

They way the guy gasped reminded me of the Haiti UFO video from a couple of years back. Not saying it's CGI or a drone, but nowadays real pics and vids are increasingly difficult to discern from "unreal" ones. Interesting find by the way

Guys it was already proven by HalfSwede that the video was fake. It was made by a group who make CGI videos

Here: www.youtube.com...

Just going to "ruin this" for everybody again because it seems to be getting lost in the discussion 😉

I wouldn't rule out RC just yet. Paul MacCready made one back in the 1980's. And of the RC ornithopters, that was the most realistic I could find. (The off-the-shelf toys are just too clumsy.) Shame the only internet video of that one looks like a VHS played on a crappy monitor filmed by a potato. Shame nobody has the source in higher quality. (I think that's the pterosaur used by National Geographic or NOVA documentary that was mentioned in an earlier post.)

Now imagine it being re-done with modern materials, better smaller electronics, and LiPo batteries instead of heavy NiCad ones. I think somebody clever who knows what they're doing is having a giggle or two.
