Back in october, the citzents of Qulino started to report about a strange humanoid figure showing up in the middle of the night and dissapearing like a wizard( turning invisible as they said). Due to the city size, the reports quickly traveled to the ears of the local police, altought they tried to investigate, nothing came from it.
That until the firemen Carlos Sanchez and his cop friend where leaving the headquarters when they spotted in the street at night a strange black hooded figure which matched the sightings descriptions. The misterious entity stood still until it walked inside a closed terrain. Thinking it could be a thief of some sort, both decided to follow the figure, whomever it desapeared in the shadows, they meet it again shortly after.
Right next to a tree the figure was looking directly to them. it didn't stay looking to them for too long, seconds after the figure opened wings and flew away. Both got really scared after seeing that (who wouldn't?). After this case, the police decided to seek help from the comunity to locate the misterious entity

I think sightings of this alien/demon or whatever it is is usually preceded by disaster.
Possibly they feed off of negative emotion like the Avatars apparently do also.

I have always wondered as to there motives. Apparently they are also sighted around graveyards or burial mounds. This would suggest to me some kind of connection regarding death. Possibly somekind of fallen Angel given the wings?

Yes he is, whomever, there are reports on where he's able to shapesfit and if i recall John Kleinn also said something along those lines. He's always black with wings, whomever.

To be fair, considering the sightings of the beast are generally at night or in poor light conditions, is it any wonder that it's considered to be black?
Think the person you are referring to is John A Keel.
