Why don't you read the research papers about the planet 9 hypothesis and find out for yourself? They give information about its proposed approximate
orbit, and some even try to constrain where it is most likely to be within that orbit (though NASA has disputed the results). In any case, the
position given for the possible location corresponds to the constellation Cetus, not Triangulum.
