can someone help me with making my avatar huge?

i have no idea how to do it.
i just use a free image resizer on the net so i dont have a lot of skill with making them larger.
it says size must be 150x150 but there are lots of people with huge avatars and i would like to see helena that size.

if you help me i will think you are awesome forever.

Hmmm that should have worked to be honest.

Here is the link again without the spaces.
It's a clear avatar which gives you a chance to place your avatar as a background instead.

Maybe the size of the avatar file is too large for a background.

If it still doesn't work hopefully someone who can reduce the size of your picture will be here shortly.
If not... Try the avatar thread for a quicker response.

Download this:

I resized it for you with ratio and added the black strip.

Also, download the transparent spacer I made
files.abovetopsecret.com...

Upload both to your ATS account and click on the image with the girl. On the top panel there are symbols, the one that looks like the outlines of a smartphone("make this my profile background"). Click it. Then go to the spacer picture, click the symbol that says something like "make this my avatar".

You should be fine.

Edit: Better use this, so you can have your name without overlaying on the girls head

I don't see the symbols of a smart phone can you help me with this?

Of course, one good thing to do before I leave for the day (it´s 5 a.m here)

I resized it and tried to get the rest of what would be white into similar texture like your garage door panels in the background.

Finally I am satisfied with the result:
It might not sting the eye but I smoothed the lower parts of your suit to blend better into the black area.


I´m not sure, I think the second third one looks better, your image height was not enough so I had to improvise. I also retouched your hair so it does not look so snipped.

Click on the arrow next to the logout icon -> upload
and upload this

It´s not really looking like a smartphone, it´s a rectangle/quadrat with rounded edges in the panel that is visible when you click on the image. Just read my post above as a template for yours, like you already did. Hover your mouse over the icons and you will get the description. Make your resized picture the profile background and upload the spacer to your account and make it your avatar.

I hope you are happy with the result, I did my best that my headache allowed :-)

If anyone needs his picture resized, post it here and I´ll look back at this thread on a regular basis.
It takes seconds if it´s just a resize and some additional void filling (if it´s not some complicated non-repeatable texture at the upper and lower borders). I´ve so much time on my hands, I´m currently waiting for my therapy to be anounced and until that I´m not allowed to work :-/
