There have been various rumours and various people having dreams about a 2.5 kilometre hitting near the isle of Mona off Puerto Rica at 2am in the morning, so I set up a spread sheet and plugged the numbers in.

Just went outside to do a naked eye scan.
If you stare at the sun for a few seconds and then squint and look just to the right of the sun you should be able to see the tip of the asteroid poking out to the side.
I don't know though, could be the glare from staring at the sun, but based on the size of it and how fast it is moving away from the sun, I would guess impact tomorrow at around 9:23 AM eastern time.

Great! The end of the world, and I don't even have plans to party tonight. And with the sudden drop in temperature, I feel too lazy to even make plans. I'm going to watch last night's episode of FTWD, and go to bed. That's a lame way to end the last evening on Earth, huh? Can we make it one more day, and I'll go fly fishing one last time tomorrow evening? Please.
So, is there anything I should do to prepare for this asteroid? Or just grin and bear it?
