State of the art body armor

Alright my first edition to the GE forum. Didn't seem quite right for survival
and don't think ATS has been informed of just how far= body armor has come
lately. Myself being totally into martial arts sparring and learned student
of jeet kune do I just had to post this vid somewhere? Not sure how any
league some may be trying forge for competion will fair. But this looks like
a good way to settle a dispute without the blood and injury. Or just to have
a ton of fun.

Maybe.........We'll have to wait until 2016 to find out. I don't hold my breath for exciting developments anymore. I got so.o.o.o.o. excited for flying cars Moller/ Terrafugia/ others only to be let down. Again....

That's exactly why I didn't want to sound to enthusiastic.
Waiting on something like this to develop can be like waiting
for a people friendly politician to come along. But O the fun

It'd be a freakin blast to wail on my buddies with real weapons lol I wonder how much of it you still feel - I feel like a good uppercut could really # up their neck

there are certainly some limitations - I'm sure at all of the joints/separate pieces there is a compromised zone where direct strike could be dangerous..

Ha I used to play this game... its called Warframe.

this looks like good anti-zombie armor too. I would watch it. Have a "War Room" with like big trampolines little trampolines, Maybe platforms with various slides and ropes. have them run around and attack each other. Could be pretty neat.

Trampolines ?

Now you have me wondering if this is just the beginning of a
new technology that is certain to be effected by time advancement.
Maybe soon it will be available with internet on a vision screen.

Do a lot of knife training so this would be awesome. Was thinking of competing in a dog brothers gathering next time they come to Europe but the injuries and general lack of safety put me off; this looks like a great solution!

Would also def be interested in watching this sport.

I'm sure the riot police will welcome the flexibility, allowing them to bludgeon Joe public more efficiently. As to the purpose of becoming a full contact sport I have to say It does indeed have some entertainment value. I picture some form of run the gauntlet type survival scenario with ninjas.

This could be interesting.
Hopefully this won't fade into obscurity like team fighting has.

It will really suck if they end uo being so pricey only law enforcement
will have them. Lots of ways to keep the public from haveing the same
toys as the cops if they prefer. The makers sign a contract and boom a
lump sum for them and we get to look at po po in all their awesomeness
and say damn it!
