Murder rates are highest in black communities, those are the facts. And with the media blasting the masses with examples of unarmed black citizens being killed by police, or in police custody, it is no wonder why the murder rates are increasing. It is because the police officers are thinking twice about going in these crime ridden areas in fear of the media making an example out of them. Or using them to further their agenda.
