North Korea Declares State of War.

Considering how closed off North Korea is from the remainder of the world I would think an assassination would work just fine.

Political assassinations are blocked by executive order except during times of conflict, when political leaders can be considered as being a part of the military chain of command.

I am more and more in favor of using the military when only humanitarian issues exist.

Well it IS a humanitarian issue for the starving masses in NK. Better to act now and save as many of them as possible. Its not like they cant wait fro a visit to the DMZ border and snipe kims face off.
