THe Savannah River Site

I found this article a month or so ago, and it was pertaining to a savanna river basin in which some of the oldest atifacts we know of in the area. I hope no one else has done this. What kind of artifacts in the comming days should we be watch to denote their station in life? What does this mean in terms of history education? I am a curious person, like always no offence ment by any of the above.
