North Korea and Twitter

So I found this interesting. North Korea has a twitter account.
They are currently following 4 accounts. Included is a 25 year old American.
For what reason ? No one knows asides from NK.

What could they possibly be interested in following a 25 year old self made millionaire? By the sounds of it, they have even invited him to come stay in their beloved country.

If NK decided to follow you on twitter (provided you had an account) what messages, if any would you send to the Supreme Leader?
Would you poke fun at his expense?

I don't do twitter so they couldn't contact me but I do have a question.
Does twitter work with a dial up modem...28k maybe?
I only ask cuz I've seen pics of North korean computers.....

I just had a look on Twitter, it is pretty curious to say the least.
