What are the sicknesses and ill effects tied to wind generators? That doesn't really correlate. How could a wind turbine have harmful health effects. I may have missed something.
Maybe Trump will come up with an idea to have any immigrant have to spend their time for at least one year to spend their first year in America on a bicycle powering a generator to provide electricity for a small few, like from an episode of a great British series Black Mirror.

There are no harmful affects for a wind farm other than the massive amount of birds killed a year. However , to power a small city even would take up more space than it was worth.
