You asked what eats sharks. I gave you an answer. We have no idea how often it may happen, but it does happen.

Humans are not, in fact, top predators. We get killed and eaten by any number of critters. Sharks are closer, but still we (and, apparently orca, at least) eat them.

Just so you know, no one had ever said we come from apes.

Its no small wonder you cant get your head around Evolution.

This was a planet overrun with giant lizards that ate all the vegetation available
They did? There is evidence of this?

Mammals were contemporaries of dinosaurs.

No they weren't. Name one. Yes, dinosaurs were denuding the planet on a record scale; too large and voracious: the flora couldn't keep up their growth bargain considering the amount of destruction caused by these beasts. Everything died with the meteor strike. The first mammals to have appeared was the lemur at or about 50 million years ago (where did they come from; out of the ashes) just by accident. That is a 10 million year span. Not enough to all by itself create a mammal specie from nothing.

This was a planet overrun with giant lizards that ate all the vegetation available (out of control gluttony) and had to be extinguished otherwise would destroy the planets natural ecosystem. You realize the mammal had to be introduced at some point; when, where and what was it? It has to have evolved right? naturally from gigantic dinosaurs that are not mammals in only 15 million years. Makes total sense.

Are you implying that they were Intentionally Wiped out because they were eating up the planet??? As in God had to send fire from heaven to kill them off???

Mammals were around with the dinosaurs. Placental and marsupial mammals were the main survivalist mammal species to survive that extinction and produce the variety we have today.

Why don't you just look this stuff up yourself instead of coming here and incorrectly stating history and then asking questions about your mistaken ideas of how things happened???

Like this question here. You first assume that mammals had to evolve from Dinosaurs and that it happened after the mass extinction happened. Both of which are incorrect assumptions. Mammals didn't evolve from Dinosaurs nor did they first arrive after the Dinos were wiped out.

What record? But again, you have evidence of this?

If there were mammals existing with dinosaurs they too would have died in the comet strike.
Why? Did the ancestors of crocodiles die? Did birds die?

Mako sharks are tasty; their flesh resembles their favorite primary delicacy; the swordfish (you are [or taste like] what you eat).
I have heard humans taste like 'pork'; maybe only the ones that feed upon pigs during that "cannibals ate these humans" study. The director John Huston made this remark "Humans taste like 'long pig' "; he knew this because he tasted human flesh in Africa during one of his movie shoots.

Yeah, well frog legs taste like chicken but they don't eat chicken so maybe that's a bad theory.

Evolution is a belief held by most intellectuals all over the world, despite the fact that there is no real scientific evidence for it at all............................................

Are you serious ? watch some documentaries and read some books.. it may just shock you.

Phage: dinosaurs.about.com...

I am not doing your research for you by wasting my time on an unproven website.

vhb: Yes, dinosaurs were denuding the planet on a record scale;

Phage: What record? But again, you have evidence of this?

Miles and miles of evidence in the geological and fossil records regarding this event (nothing survived it but fried microbes).

Phage: If there were mammals existing with dinosaurs they too would have died in the comet strike.
Why? Did the ancestors of crocodiles die? Did birds die?

Everything died and had to be jump started with a totally different plan (the human was not even on the table for/of conception yet). A MUCH smaller version of the same thing (the reptiles) for starters; and yes their ancestors perished. There were no feathered birds 70 million years ago.

As far as I can tell you have done no research at all.

So, the dinosaurs were cooking the plants while they were eating them all? Where is the evidence that dinosaurs "denuded" the planet?

Everything died
No. Everything did not die. But the very large varieties did. And not by fire.

Dude, you asked him for more information. He provided it. If you won't look at it then it's your problem, not his. If you want to challenge his information that is ok too. But to just dismiss it outright is knowingly choosing to be ignorant of the information in the conversation. That is where the discussion ends because you choose to be misinformed.

Don't push that off onto him as if it's his fault.

"YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT" holds NO meaning for you? Frog legs taste like the assorted insects they injest to me (not chicken) by any stretch of THE imagination. Some say snakes taste like chicken as well (nope, furry rodents). Perhaps that's the go to fowl to explain tastes ill identified.

I don't read posted links to the oblivion. Post the information in the reply if that important; also I do not appreciate being the vehicle for someone else's advertisement billboard for their personal agenda.

Then why doesn't beef taste like grass and hay???

Frog legs don't taste like insects. You will go to any length and say absolutely anything won't you???

Whom are claiming this; as it is ridiculous. Small mammals survived a total annihilation of the planet including its flora base (what did they eat) as might have been omnivores; still nothing to eat, no seeds/young plant growth/fruit/leaves.

mOjOm: Like this question here. You first assume that mammals had to evolve from Dinosaurs and that it happened after the mass extinction happened. Both of which are incorrect assumptions. Mammals didn't evolve from Dinosaurs nor did they first arrive after the Dinos were wiped out.

No. OF course Mammals did not evolve from Dinosaurs; you cannot take a joke, the query was how did the mammal come about and what was its first appearance; as a lemur. Everything died in the meteor strike including the vegetation; perhaps the seas survived producing what. I will tell you what did survive "insects".
