I would have it saying--- Why the F*ck are you looking at this billboard and not the road you DumbF*cks pay attention to your driving.

Mine would say:

LOOK ON THE BACK OF THIS BILLBOARD

and the back would say

LOOK ON THE FRONT OF THIS BILLBOARD

That should keep them busy..
