morbid but not morbid topic i guess, if you were on death row, what would your last meal be?

remember you cant choose alchohol (lol)

For me id opt for a big juicy rib eye steak (med rare), with onion rings, fries, coleslaw, and corn cobs with a side of mash.
For dessert, warm sticky toffee pudding with cream and a pint of sprite

you?

That would be tough.

There are so many things I'd want to at least try.

It would have to have some top level sushi on it though. Definitely some salmon roe and the good kind, not the kind that's really desiccated when you get it. I might as well ask for fugu, too. What's it going to do? Kill me?

I don't drink alcohol so that's easy for me!

I would have Shepherds pie with Yorkshire puddings, I'd have to be able to make it myself though! if I couldn't then I'd have Dauphinoise potatoes with a nice Lamb steak, and Yorkshire puddings.

I don't like desert much, but I love New York style Vanilla cheesecake nom nom!

For a drink I would have Ribena or Irn bru ... or if by some miracle they bring it out again mango Lilt!

Pork tenderloin medallions fried in lard with salt and pepper, sliced and fried potatoes with ketchup and applesauce (with cinnamon).
And a glass full of sweet tea.

Ooo! Ooo! yeah! I forgot about dessert! Cheese cake, pure cheesecake. Vanilla and fresh lemon flavor & NO toppings to come between me and cheesy, creamy, vanilla and lemon...big sensation of dairy on the palate.

I'd choose an elephant bird dinner or maybe something like a megathon shark steak broiled to perfection. Any extinct animal would do.

Right now I would say a giant bowl of spicy ramen.
1. First would have to be a giant chili cheese dog, from a sausage made of the highest quality pork, on a French baguette right out of the oven, with some spicy homemade chili completely smothering it, then 6 different cheeses stacked and smothered on the chili.
2. Next would be a big, cheesy burrito, stuffed with carnitas pork, yellow rice, beans, cheese, strips of steak, and two sauces.

Fugu is pufferfish. The liver is extremely poisonous - tetrodotoxin. It has to be prepared exactly correctly or you will die.

Chefs in Japan have to undergo special training in order to be certified to prepare it, and their final exam is to make it for themselves and eat it.

It is obviously, pass/fail.

I've heard it's actually not all that wonderful of flavor, but it's more the idea that you are eating something that may kill you and you won't know until you've eaten it one way or the other. There are always a few accidents every year.

I'd actually probably fast the last day or two before.

Plus, I wouldn't want a big meal that I'd probably throw up when the time was nearing or as I was being led to slaughter.

We are of one mind. The cheese cake is sacred.
