Propaganda is much more than just a definition plucked from a dictionary. There is a reason it is called an art form because it plays off the emotions and beliefs of people, confirmation bias, it implants thoughts and ideology and it creates an obedient, ever-defensive following.

People on the Left get their news and information from a very wide variety of sources. There is no "consensus" as it were. On the other hand, conservatives get their news and information from a very narrow selection of outlets. Don't believe me? Here's a source.

What will happen to those conservatives if they are subjected to the same content over and over?

Now how about talk radio? Get in the car for work in the morning and turn on talk radio. All of them, the political shows anyway, are conservative. Smut peddlers like Limbaugh, Beck, Levin and Hannity.

Can you name any popular liberal talk show host that pushes the liberal equivalent of "Obama is a socialist Muslim that wants to take your guns, your right to free speech and force your family to live in the trailer park because their homes and food stamps are going to illegals"?

Anyway, I could keep going but this is not really the topic of the thread. Let me just say that to claim to have any understanding of what propaganda is by looking at the definition, is naive and insulting.

Trump is prolly confusing HEZBOLLAH and HAMAS for ISIS. SInce there is proof of Iran financing them.

It's not really surprising Trump is ignorant about he mid east. Unless you are in the oil business there isn't much money to be made there outside of Dubai. He should spend more time talking about the economy and avoid going into detail about foreign policy until he has studied up on it.
