You have just been elected POTUS, are you republican or democrat? or perhaps a new party?

what is your contingency plan? what do you intend to change? reform? or introduce ...

As POTUS the first thing on my agenda would be infrastructure, to deal with the poor infrastructure will create jobs, and will help society operate more smoothly.

Secondly i would tackle the tax situation, by introducing a flat rate tax...at say 20%, if you make 10 billion you pay 2 billion, if you make 10 thousand you pay 2 thousand, so on and so forth.

Thirdly id introduce a completely socialized health system, with everyone paying a national insurance that is garnished from their paycheck, and a subsidized garnishment from those on low income or welfare

Fourth, id reform the welfare system, ensuring only those who really need to be on welfare are the only ones recieving welfare, thus taking the burden off those who work...laziness wont be rewarded, i will also set up a routes to work programme which will me mandatory for those recieving welfare (excluding the disabled etc) as well as proof that they have been actively seeking work, and will impose sanctions on those who do not by reducing their benefit for 3 months.

No more sanctuary cities, there is no point having laws that make it ILLEGAL to cross the border, yet have safe havens that protect ILLEGAL immigrants its a contradiction. ensure all who want to come here go through the proper channels, and no benefits whatsoever for illegal immigrants.

Reverse that diabolical iran deal, and impose the sanctions that were there again, until we get a better deal, one that includes getting those american prisoners back!

No more outsourcing for cheap labour, if companys based in america wish to outsource their jobs then they will be sanctioned, either with an imposeed higher tax rate, or no job creating tax credits.

Put hillary clinton in prison

Get rid of common core, and ensure ALL history is being taught in school and not just that which suits any political agenda, im not into brainwashing children at an early age in order to secure future votes

Thats all i can think of right now, so what about you mr/mrs president? what do you plan to do?

Fire almost every bureaucrat as quickly as is realistically feasible and auction off public assets to the private sector.

Right after the swearing in I'm probably taken to some dark room, sat down at a table, and shown a short film of the Kennedy assassination.
This film of course is filmed from over the shooters shoulder.

After it's over a man sitting in the shadows tells me to do what I'm told or there will be a new film for the next POTUS.

In all seriousness though, I'm not really sure what I would do. I don't think I would want the responsibility.
Pretty sure it would involve the finding and removal with extreme prejudice of all the corrupt cancer that's currently in the system.

First thing I would do would be to raise taxes on all items made outside the US and lower taxes on every item made within the US.

I would then make health insurance optional, enact legal means to reduce health care costs and promote my single new government plan (after eliminating a dozen redundant, wasteful plans) of behavioural & mental health.

legalize mj. very first thing
set a decent tax on the mj.
free healthcare for all american CITIZENS
use tax revenue from mj to pay # off. build homes. feed people. things like that.
kick it in the white house for my term enjoying the thing i just legalized.

Turn the whitehouse into a homeless shelter, sell off Air Force 1, take cabs and fly economy everywhere, pardon every non violent drug offender, fill the prisons with bankers and corporate tax dodgers, take those taxes and use it as interest free loans for small businesses, sit down with the leaders of every nation that hates us and start unilaterally disarming our nukes, offer free online university education for all, remove troops from all foreign soil and give all combat veterans tax exemption for life, make lobbying illegal then sit back in my humble house with a huge spliff and wait for the assassination team to kick in my door.
