I've never noticed a contrail that started wide and then gotten narrower... don't they usually spread out?
What makes you think this wasn't at a high altitude?
Also, aren't they more prevalent at high altitude?
I do think this was shot at high altitude, hence why the contrail should be MORE prevalent.
