A nice Christmas present for Tarantino fans, a trailer just came out for his next film The Hateful Eight.
Old regulars Samuel L Jackson, Michael Madsen and Tim Roth join Kurt Russel and Channing Tatum, quite a cast!
And he went and got Western soundtrack legend Ennio Morricone to compose the score.
Can't wait!

While racing toward the town of Red Rock in post-Civil War Wyoming, bounty hunter John "The Hangman" Ruth (Kurt Russell) and his fugitive prisoner (Jennifer Jason Leigh) encounter another bounty hunter (Samuel L. Jackson) and a man (Walton Goggins) who claims to be a sheriff. Hoping to find shelter from a blizzard, the group travels to a stagecoach stopover located on a mountain pass. There, they encounter four strangers, and soon learn that they may not make it to their destination after all.

This and Star Wars, it's gonna be a good Christmas,

(edit, trailer says Christmas, its actually coming out 8 January)

YES!!!

More politically Incorrectness, taboos broken, gratuitous violence and mayhem. I can't wait. I am looking forward to this movie. I am not really a huge fan of his version of spaghetti westerns however they can be fun. I am more in line with Res. Dogs, Pulp, and K. Bill however, I wait in anticipation.

I can't wait! Admittedly I am a big Tarantino fanboy but that is okay.

To this day I still find Reservoir Dogs to be an almost perfect cinematic experience , in some ways I enjoy it more than Pulp Fiction.. Couldn't care less for the folks that will follow that up with "he ripped off City on Fire" ..his telling of that story worked on so many levels so every subsequent film he has put out I have loved..

You stole the words right out of my mouth! Of course, you seasoned them, prepared them, and grilled them to perfection afterwards. 👌

Tarantino is awesome.
I went and saw "Django" with a friend at an Alamo Drafthouse.
We played a drinking game. Take a drink every time someone drops the N-bomb.
We went through three pitchers of ale.
I'm sure this new film will be as good as all of his other work.

I really liked his older works. Some of his newer ones have left a lot to be desired however.

I'm so excited I can hardly stand it.

What a cast and 3 of my favorite actors, Kurt Russell, Sam Jackson and Walter Scoggins.

And I love spaghetti westerns and an Ennio Morricone score..What?!?

I don't love all of Tarantino's films. For me his best film to date is Inglorious Basterds, it's a feel good movie for me and then Jackie Brown and Django.

Oh Boy, this makes my day.

yes! i've been waiting for a trailer to come out for this. a while back the script was leaked for this and it made the rounds online. I couldn't help myself and read the script as it was the closest thing to a new tarrantino movie i could get my hands on.

even just reading the script was a great experience. and i'm sure a few things have probably changed or have been re-written since then.

can't wait to see it in theaters. definitely looking forward to that GLORIOUS 70MM print!

I'll see it. Now I have to try to fit time in to see TWO movies during the holidays... Man I don't like going to the theaters anymore, but I'll make certain exceptions, and there are two I'm ready to make.

Yeah I remember that, and Tarantino had even scrapped it at first as he was so pissed about that.
Thankfully he got his * together.
lol
Give me Ultra Panavision 70 any day over that Imax/3D stuff they pump out nowadays.
