Not that i know of, but you were defining Woman by their Reproductive system, and that is Proof that "Males" can also have Reproductive Systems. so you can't define Woman or Men just by their Reproductive systems

XX male syndrome (also called de la Chapelle syndrome, for Albert de la Chapelle, who characterized it in 1972[1][2]) is a rare sex chromosomal disorder. Usually, it is caused by unequal crossing over between X and Y chromosomes during meiosis in the father, which results in the X chromosome containing the normally-male SRY gene. When this X combines with a normal X from the mother during fertilization, the result is an XX male.
you can throw as many "syndromes" as you want out there, just because you IDENTIFY yourself as a woman doesnt make you female, he was born a man, he produced semen and fathered children and married a woman, just because he had his genitals removed, and got a boob job doesnt make him a female...hes still male no matter how he identifys himself

So can i...
You don't seem to understand (or refuse to understand) that Chromosomes shape your assigned Sex but not your Gender-Identity
Again, have you heard o f"de la Chapelle syndrom"?
en.wikipedia.org...
listen you can throw out as many syndroms as you like , it doesnt change the fact that bruce was born a man, fathered children, married a woman, and then decided to get his penis removed and breast implants and change his name...he was born a man and still is a man, now hes a man with a vagina and boobs

No. Is that what makes a woman? Because many women don't have them. Are they not women if they are born without a uterus? Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome is where women are born without one. 75,000 women in the United States have this condition. Are they not women? Source
What makes a woman, exactly?

I have no idea. Do you know? He might. You seem to think gender is cut and dried, black and white, one or the other... with no gray area and I'm asking you where you draw that line between male and female ... But you keep avoiding my question.
So, what makes a woman? Or a man?

Surgery doesn't make a Woman either, you are using archaic definitions to try and prove you are right. but with the advancement of Neuroscience and research none of that is actually accurate.
You can continue your willful ignorance of using "Bruce" and Male pronouns but Her name is Caitlyn

She is not, and even though you may have that opinion, doesn't mean you are correct.
