For me it would have to be the classic ATS one liner:

...then I would be with as many loved ones as I could and probably over indulge in substances to take the edge off it all.

I'd not worry about the milk expiring in the fridge.
I'd probably get a warning for trolling a pro-Hillary thread.
I probably wouldn't invest in any long-term stocks.
I'd put off mowing the lawn.
I'd open my Christmas presents now.
I'd Google, "What to do when the world ends".
I'd write an angry letter to my congressman demanding that he do SOMETHING!
I'd put the toilet paper on the holder so that it went under, instead of over.
I'd do a write-in vote for Hillary.
I'd build a meteor-shield from Lego parts.
I'd try-out for a backup dancer position with Lady Gaga.
I'd run with sissors. (kidding. that's dangerous!)
I'd have 4 slices of bacon instead of 3.


That's about it!

Funny...just watching a movie about exactly this called These Final Hours. A lot of people choose to go on their own terms ahead of the end, and that made me think that I'd be one of the ones on the beach holding on to the bitter end as we watched the elite depart the planet in their arks and the angels ascend to heaven.
