Not really, I don't see anyone's brain being washed by this. Most people don't pay much attention to political signs in people's yards. I certainly don't.

I'm confused - are you saying you agree that Ingraham was an extremist? Perhaps we have different definitions of extremism, but I wouldn't put her on par with the like of say, Westboro Baptist Church.

I like the sign too - I'm a Libertarian in Texas and I am so disenfranchised in the presidential election (selection) that I just want to see Trump V Hillary for the entertainment value.
