Werewolf terrorizes city in Brazil (and someone took a pic of it.)

Let's for one moment assume it's not staged. Remember "The Arrival" (1996)? This scene where Charlie Sheen hunts down a human? Then this human suddenly inverts/breaks its own knees and jumps away:



It exactly gives the appearance you see from the "Werewolf".
But the entity behind it is of course no werewolf, but one of these:



Yeah, an alien being. This thing really gives me the creeps. Especially its eyes.
Where did they get this idea of an alien appearance anyways? Maybe from the hidden truth?

Good quesiton. Maybe seeing the directors interview we may have an explanation. But i believe there are some quadrupedal animals with legs like that around, which are made to run for faster speeds, but i dunno. They look to damn annkward.
