I sure hope so, but forgive me here; I'LL believe it when I see it.

I would think that, if a Judge ever does order that the Server be turned over for examination, that the Hard Drive(s) that were conveniently erased...will have since been conveniently replaced.

So...no HD(s) to examine, or deleted files to be recovered.

It will have been a power surge, or a short circuit during routine maintenance, which rendered the HD(s) unusable...and they were just tossed in the garbage.

Can you elaborate on that finding? Everything I've read says just the opposite.

I do want to clarify this is not about having a personal email addy, It's about having a private server storing government records.

So if what you have pertains to an email account it's not appricable to this situation.

National Security breaches are always "never ending".

Especially when high government officials are directly involved.

With all the lies she's told during all the other scandals and legal trouble she has faced in the past, does anyone think she won't just lie her way through this one as well?

If the server gets light of day and it's found to be wiped or damaged Hillary can be charged with misdemeanor destruction of government records a charge that if found guilty prevent the offender from holding public office as its other punishment beyond fines.

I think to avoid felony charges that is going to be ultimate result.
