Between his EO's, and legislation to keep them people in their place.

To block any power they might have through the full force of his administration.

Using government agencies like the DOJ, and the IRS, and DHS, and immigration.

The only thing Obama has shown anyone for the past 7 years is he cares only about his power,his agenda, and the people, and the country be damned.

To put it succinctly Obama has shown nothing but contempt for democracy, its legislative process, It's judicial system. and everything, and everyone else who has gotten in his way.

My answer to your question is a resounding YES. But not for reasons of change, I believe he has been working on his legacy since he first set foot at Columbia University (Occidental was too pedestrian for his formidable ego). I have no doubts those that "got" him into the Ivy League saw his narcissism to their own advantage)...and they more "change" he can inflict (smacking down that uppity middle class to grow a perpetual lower class in need of CONSTANT govt aid helps his legacy and the NWO types.)

His next move, IMO is to the UN to replicate and assist in destroying what's left of upward mobility in the west.

His actions are still the same, so why does his broken promises some how change that?

I think people who hate Obama think Obama hates America, and they like to invent reasons for justifying their dislike in order to develop a rationale for it.

As an outsider looking in, its a fascinating study in polarised politics and the complete failure of a rational political system.
