That's awesome! Good luck with the prospective job. It's another one of life's little coincidences. It happens to us all I think. One small decision can steer your entire life in a completely amazing direction. It's happened to me before. Unfortunately, there are times it can steer your life in a negative direction as well. But that's not the case here.

LMAO! Omg I laughed so hard I had tears. I've never seen that before!~

I reference Star Wars in my life daily. I even quote Star Wars to my two year old and talk Yoda to him. I joke about how he is going to speak like Yoda instead of in proper English lol.

Can you not read? My post is about a job not the banking industry! THIS IS BTS!!! It's the GENERAL CHAT FORUM! If I wanted to discuss the differences between a credit union and non credit union I would be on the ATS SIDE but I"M NOT!

I WORKED in banking I KNOW how the ENTIRE system works!

Maybe you should CHILL out! Oh and it IS about ME! IT IS MY POST ABOUT A POTENTIAL JOB FOR ME! I am so sick of people like you who are negative to another persons happy positive attitude. You have NO IDEA what i have been through in the last 7 months so please don't tell me to calm down.

I have been looking for work for months and it's been so frustrating applying and spending all day taking tests only to never get an answer back. Imo it's rude! Back in the day they would tell you the position had been filled. I looked at the other banks but never BOA lol and they were only hiring part time with up to 20hrs a week. I can't live off that!

I would never have walked into a BOA if I wasn't so annoyed at my local bank. lol I actually walked in thinking "Im going to burn in hell for this" lol because of how I feel about big banks, but as a job/career it's different. It's a nice way to support my family, me and my little one, while going to school and having a steady income. Right now it's very stressful without that.

HAHA Oh I know! My bf talks Yoda to me and I find it so sexy! LOL We are both Star Wars dorks so it works well!

Just earlier I was changing my son and the shelf next to his changing table is full of Star Wars memorabilia and the talking Vader mask that you can wear with a costume. It's BAD A**! My son points at it and starts making the breathing sound. I cracked up and said "yup that's right" ha!

I worked in banking years ago and LOVED the pay and benefits! Besides working in the schools system the benefits were awesome. The pay was definitely better than the school but the benefits and hours were perfect!

I am going into the branch I applied at tomorrow to check in and introduce myself to the manager and see if they have seen my app. I always do that especially since now a days everything is online and you're just a name on a screen or a number attached to an app. I want them to meet me IN person!

Thank you very much. Yea I joke it's great because I can utilize my wardrobe that just sits there now but I also enjoy working with people. I dont mind office jobs but I NEED interaction with people or I get stir crazy.

Thank you very much! I'm hoping daily and saying many many positive affirmations like never before! Out of all the jobs I've applied for THIS is the one I want most and it's the best for my entire situation! I can move up while in school and if I have to move easy transfer. It's just great all around.

I am always telling him "patience young padawan" as well lol.

When he gets mad I start with the "anger leads to hate" quote. I actually caught myself the other day and just started laughing. I do this in day to day life so it's only natural I would do it when I had a child.

He points Darth Vader out all over the place! I need to record him making the sounds lol it's too funny! Taught him well I did.

Woohoo! They just called me for a phone interview this afternoon. The position is now only part time but guaranteed 20 hours. They are looking for people who want to move to full time though, um YES PLEASE! She said you can pick up hours when someone calls in sick or is on vacation as well.

Where I live BOA is on every corner like a Starbucks lol so finding one that has full time one day shouldn't be a problem. It's a foot in the door! I'm so excited! NO other place I've applied at besides one has called me back for an interview! Yay BOA. I think I may love them soon. What a 360 that would be for me. Lol

Thank you!! I got an interview tomorrow now with the hiring manager! WOOHOO! Im so happy! This is the first break I've had looking for work in months!!!!

LOL Oh yea I use to call them Bank of Evil and wouldn't step foot in one. lol SO now I may work for them. I only went in there because my local community bank pissed me off and I was HOT! So I walked into BOA, and i felt very naughty being in there with how much crap I use to talk but hey I wanted a bank account. I had no idea they were hiring until I asked on a whim. What a whim! I guess I was meant to go in at that moment. I never ever would have looked at working there any other time. lol

So hoping and praying and wishing for tomorrow!
