MOUNT DORA -- Mount Dora police will be pulling drivers over for obeying the law. Officers are rewarding safe drivers with $10 gift cards to a cafe or coffee shop in downtown Mount Dora. Police will be looking for drivers who are driving the speed limit and wearing their seat belts. “The department’s goal is to reinforce safe driving habits and say a small thanks to our community,” said Mount Dora Deputy Police Chief Robert Bell.

I'm Canadian, so the law is different here regarding pulling a person over; but, In the US, isn't this against your constitutional rights?
