Model for a true 'New World Order'?

So, Greece needs $10 billion desperately?

Here's my idea, I doubt anyone would take it seriously because it's radical, revolutionary, and it would indeed create a New World Order.

Greece could lease sovereignty to wealthy individuals or companies. They could use the model that China uses with Hong Kong and Macau. Hong Kong and Macau are mostly sovereign entities with China handling certain tasks for those territories.

Why couldn't Greece lease islands (or other property) to wealthy individuals or companies and allow them to operate as mostly sovereign countries following the Hong Kong/Macau model?

Let's take Google for example. Google payed $3.33 billion in income taxes in 2014:

If Google leased a Greek island, started acting as a sovereign entity, and moved its corporate headquarters to the island, it would be free of many regulations it must follow now and it would have its tax burden slashed.

If Greece needs $10 billion now, how many corporations and wealthy individuals would it take to add up to that much money in fees per year in order to lease sovereignty?

How much would sovereignty be worth to Google, Microsoft, Walmart, etc.?

This is a frightening idea to me because it would lead to a true New World Order. This would be truly giving "power to the people", anyone really want that?

Power to which people? All people/citizens?

What about their respective constitutional rights / law of the land?

Not that the current economic hegemony had any respect for either... but I don't see this idea as an improvement of personal freedom or souvereignty. Except for the "buyers" - the people in power ofc.

Grease has already lost it sovereignty - to the banks its just that no one is saying it out loud or in the media.

According to the news I listened to Australia, they have offered some of their islands for sale or lease. Perhaps Australia could lease them from the Greeks for 20 -30 years and use them for refugee camps.
