Ah but you forget one thing in that equation. That thing being. Government itself is a business.

And quite a successful one at that, all the other big business you know from big oil to small time ones, giant corporations even mom and pops are for the most part depended on the good graces of government, most are set up and propped on nothing but that. And all go into government to better increase there chances at profit margins.

So you see, all the great politicians were great business men. In fact all the last running mates from this guy Trump to the bushes and Clinton to McCain even Kerry or all the others, in fact I think all past presidential candidates were and are business men who own business and are in the business of government, to help there business do much better and to make them much more richer.

Its a nice theory what you are purposing one fit for a 10yr old, looks good on paper, but little else. For once you add the factor that government is a business in there, and has been for the past few hundred years if not ever since its inception and conception...Well were does that leave you at? So yes, all politicians are businessmen, some are more successful then others, due mostly to what business they represent and have backing from.

Generally the most well funded wins the elections and the show known as the presidential elections...

I mean its right in front of your faces every dam time, why do you think you need to spend millions and million of dollars to get in the game to begin with? I mean they pay into this whole game more money then some countries spend in an entire year just to get in on the game, like vegas baby at the high rollers table. And like vegas its all pretty much set up.

But I think in general it may take a few more hundred years for the majority of humanity to grasp that fact.

Trump comes in dead last against Clinton losing by 13 points and that is in the GOP which he will not be in once people start to drop out and endorse anybody but Trump since he is such an idiot he seems to have forgotten he needs endorsements to have a chance. In the state of Florida a key state in any election 51% of GOP voters say they would never vote for him.

It is not all Trump of course the entire GOP is in real trouble. With no leadership the GOP has no goals and no plan. It has managed to do nothing but, fight among itself and drive away moderate voters which make up the majority of the population. The GOP is likely to lose the White House, the Senate and enough ground in the House to make 2018 the end of control of the House. This is problem the GOP had before Trump by letting the nutters get all the air time Cruz, Bachman, Perry etc were already painting the entire GOP in a bad light and now with Trump being the face of the Party, the Party might cease to exist as a national party of any relevance. The GOP needs Trump out ASAP and then a quick campaign to make sure everybody knows he in no way represents the Party. That will give them a chance at least.

The only way the GOP gets over its dysfunction is to run a candidate who is in the mold of Cruz and watch them lose in a landslide. It's like the New Zealand Labour Party. They resorted to a similar left wing mindset at the last general election and they crashed to their worst election result since the 1920's. I say give Trump or a Tea Party candidate the nod.

History is going to be very unforgiving to the Republican Party for its gross failure to stop the slide in domestic and foreign affairs.

Now other republicans when they try to be like Trump such as this traditional politician Mike Huckaby and his Israeli butt kissing statement that Obama is leading the Israelis to the ovens won’t work because it shows him licking the behind of the Zionist something people already see through


When Ted Cruz does it he is pulling the water of the anti-abortion people so people see through his nonsense.


Trump so far is smart enough to see that as soon as he projects his wildness from the perspective of one of the elite gatekeepers (Like Israel and anti-abortion freaks) he will start going down in the polls.


That’s is so because then they will see him leave what they perceive as being authentic and becoming another puppet for an unworthy cause that Americans see as irrelevant in this case Israel and abortion

He would need more than 35% because the Democrats would align with their appointed candidate. A third party run for trump would divide the Republican electorate paving the way for a Democratic victory

How do you bring up the Ross Perot bit from 1992 as an example of Trump being able to win? You know how that episode ended right? He cost the Republicans the election.

.....and if the GOP establishment kicks out Trump, he'll also run as an independent, getting the last laugh costing the GOP the election again, putting Hillary in there for eight years.

The tell-tale key is how many Democrats have come out to vote this time, compared to the last 3 election cycles, versus how many Republicans have come out to vote this time, compared to the last 3 election cycles.

Why do people find it so hard to believe Trump is popular?

People are tired of illegal immigration - so he proposes to build wall to curtail it. (people approve)
People are tired of terrorism and fanatical Muslims - so he proposes to refuse Muslims entry until its sorted out (people approve)
People are tired of the establishment - so he calls them out and points to them in the room (people approve)
People are tired of being unemployed - so he plans on stopping the outsourcing and bringing jobs back to the US (people approve)
People are tired of the military being a bloated expense - so he is going to cut defence spending
He's pro GUNS!
He hates the TPP
He understands you need to respect Russia and work with them
He wants to change the veterans program so it helps them
He wants to limit China's and its economic power over the US..

yet.. people go on about how they dont understand why people support him?


dont get me wrong.. as a personality and a diplomat he isn't a good leader. He would rub people up the wrong way and he would really cause tension. But, isn't that a change from all the leaders who kiss a$$ and walk on egg shells?

I like him for a few simple reasons...

1) He appears to be semi alternative. He has promised to investigate 9/11, he shares drudge report and went on infowars.. He obviously is slightly tapped into conspiracy media

2) Its a big F-YOU to politics. he is doing things that should end his campaign weekly and his support grows.

Imagine he gets elected and is a complete nightmare, telling other countries to go jump etc etc. Don't people see that this would result in a complete shakeup of politics? of the system as a whole?

Jeb bush spent hundreds of millions and was kicked out, I believe anyone that can prove money doesn't always win a political raise should be admired if not supported.
