Mmmmm his voice is like silk.

Recently watched him in this film, and loved his acting.

www.imdb.com...

But my moth to flame song will always be this one:

Shivers.

Well after seeing the first post and the post above me, that should be the end of this thread. I mean, you can't post any BETTER Phil Collins tunes. Also, Genesis doesn't count. Come on. Invisible Touch was probably the best thing Genesis mustered up.

Actually, I think I just freaked myself out...all I can envision now is my dad playing the synth in Genesis...make it stop. MAKE IT STOP!!!

PROTIP: Easy Lover is by far one of the greatest Phil Collins tracks to listen to and is one of the best driving songs too. In the Air Tonight is THE BEST of his musically...those drums.

You don't have a blinkng clue what you're blinking talking about!

What about blinking Foxtrot?
What about blinking Selling blinking England by the blinking Pound?
What about blinking Trespass?

Don't get me blinking started on "BEST of his musically" for in the air tonight? You blinking serious dude? Really? That "do-do, do-do, do-do, da-do, DO! DO!" is virtuoso percussion to you? Seriously? Blinking 'eck!

Thank you!

He also ruined The Supremes song "You can't hurry love"

This is a regular argument in my house. Luckily it is usually dispelled quite quickly if I reach for the cast iron skillet.

Boooo! Phil Collins!!

But each to their own...

Genesis!!!! all the way. There was one song however "in the air tonight" that will always haunt me.

I still thrash the spindle with "Trick of The Tail" and "Selling England By The Pound" to this day

Obviously you haven't seriously listened to such magic as Dance On A Volcano, or Entangled from ATOTT, but its probably an age thing

Haha...I do, I just wasn't a big Phil Collins fan from the get go outside of those tracks. The era in general just didn't do it for me.

It's more of a relationship barrier with my father that prevents me from really enjoying a Genesis track. But then again, I also picked Styx over Rush, and pre-Hagar Van Halen over post...
